The African-American Institute for Management Development (The Institute) is registered in Swaziland. It is a development-oriented and action-driven training, consulting, management, research and publication organisation.

The Institute's directors, resource persons have been drawn from academia, professionals, practitioners and seasoned national and international consultants. These resource persons and facilitators have tremendous wealth of expertise and experience that span several decades and continents. They have been carefully selected because of their holistic approach to training, consultancy, contract research and on-line publication experiences.
